Goods won in our eBay Live auctions can be returned free of charge for a full refund in the unlikely event that they are damaged or do not match the description on the stream. If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving the item, then you can return it to us but a small charge will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of postage.
Standard eBay Fixed Price orders:
If you return the item to us within 30 days of receiving your order, in the condition you received it, in the original and intact packaging, then we'll be able to issue you with a full refund.
How to return an item:
You can access our free Royal Mail returns service by going to https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/pick-a-retailer and typing ?The Koin Club? into the ?Pick your retailer? search box. Follow the instructions and print the generated postage label. Then simply drop off at any post office. Please ensure that you complete all the order reference fields to prevent any delays in processing your return.
