These units are used. We received them from a client as part of an IT decommissioning project. The hard drives were pulled and destroyed for data security purposes. The units may have some cosmetic scratches, minor dents or possibly some sticker residue but are otherwise in good working condition.

·         Unless specifically stated otherwise, all of our listed items are used and were secured from working environments.

·         Please do not make assumptions. If something isn’t in the picture and/or listed in the description it isn’t included. If you need clarification please ask us before purchasing.

·         Please make sure you understand what you are bidding on as the buyer is responsible for any incompatibility issues.

·         We reserve the right to cancel bids (i.e. if you have no feedback or are not a registered user).

·         If you have any reservations regarding an item’s condition, price or shipping costs please do not purchase it. We do our best to be as specific as possible so that you can purchase with confidence. On that note “buyer’s remorse” is not an acceptable reason for returning a working item.

Payments:

 

·         We accept payments managed by eBay only for any transactions that require shipping.

·         Cash and/or credit cards may be accepted for any local buyers who wish to pick up their items in person. We do not currently accept debit card payments.

·         The purchaser is responsible for all shipping and handling expenses including any import fees, duties and/or other taxes.

·         Payment must be received within two working days from the winning bidder.

·         Canadian purchasers will be charged tax on both the item and the shipping costs. The rate will vary based on where in Canada the purchase is made. Please refer to our tax table for additional details.

·         Foreign buyers will not be charged Canadian taxes. However, as stated above they are responsible for all shipping and handling expenses including any import fees, duties and/or other taxes that are imposed on them by their local jurisdiction.

 

Shipping & Handling:

 

·         We only ship to confirmed eBay addresses.

·         We will provide a tracking number once payment is cleared for shipped items.

·         We normally ship with Canada post for domestic deliveries and UPS or USPS for deliveries to the US. However, we reserve the right to use other couriers at our discretion (tracking will be provided).

·         The purchaser is responsible for all shipping and handling expenses including any import fees, duties and/or other related taxes.

·         Canadian purchasers will be charged tax on shipping costs.

·         The quoted shipping prices are for lower Canada and the continental US. If you are a bidder residing in Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories or other remote location (i.e. 500 km or more from the border) please contact us for a shipping quote. Purchasers based in Alaska or Hawaii must also please contact us for a shipping quote.

·         If you are an interested bidder residing outside of Canada or the US we might ship to you. However, you must please contact us first for price and conditions.

·         In most cases items will not be shipped in their original packaging. Items will often be shipped recycled packaging to help keep costs low.

 

Warranty & Refunds:

 

·         We provide warranties and refunds for the majority of products we sell. The length of warranty will be explicitly stated in the listing. Typically these warranties range between 14 -30 days depending on the item in question.

·         Any item sold “AS IS” will not be warrantied. No exceptions. Every effort will be made to provide a thorough explanation of the items condition. Please make sure you understand what you are bidding on and do not make assumptions. If you need clarification please ask us before purchasing.

·         Please request an RMA and instructions prior to returning any goods to us.

·         The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

·         We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% for any returned goods that are working properly. Please ensure that you clearly understand what you are bidding on prior to placing a bid.

·         No refunds will be issued for any shipping and handling fees.
