This framed banner is indeed from Tiger Stadium. 

It hung on the wall in the Tigers' corporate office area for many years. 

It was gifted to the Tiger's team photographer when he left, 

because HE was the one who originally had it framed for them when they asked.

That former Tigers' team photographer is still the current owner.
