All of our Buy It Now eBay items require immediate payment.

Shipping

Many of our items are FREE SHIPPING. All other shipping rates will be calculated based on actual shipping costs to your location or via a flat rate cost. Once you have placed your order, it generally takes up to 1 business day to process your transaction and get your product on its way to you. Most orders placed before noon Eastern Time M-F (excluding holidays) will be shipped the same day. We ship to confirmed addresses only. For most items we will only ship to Continental US addresses (excludes AK, HI & PR). Some Donaldson or Gray parts may ship directly from the manufacturer.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return period. It is your responsibility to ensure that you order the correct part number. All returned goods must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. If the product was used or has been installed, fully or partially, then it is non-returnable. All parts and accessories must be included. Incomplete returns will not be credited nor returned. Shipping Fees are non-refundable. We do not charge a restocking fee. If the item was shipped with free shipping you may be responsible for our actual shipping cost. If so it will be deducted from your refund.

We will gladly refund or replace any defective item within 30 days of receipt of your order. You may return products that are not damaged, allegedly defective due to incorrect installation, do not having missing parts or hardware or are otherwise void of the manufacturers warranty. Engine heaters must follow all manufacturers instructions including only being plugged in when filly submersed in fresh, clean coolant. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. Gray warranties will be directed to Gray regardless of when the item was purchased.

Any warranties on any product sold are made by the manufacturer.
