Shirt is in excellent gently used condition as shown, with some minor signs of being previously washed and worn, but no staining, damage, or noticeable flaws.
To save money for my buyer's, I generally use a lightweight envelope for items like this so I can ship USPS First Class/Ground Advantage. However, if you need something more quickly, I can also do USPS Priority Mail padded envelopes. Both shipping options are provided at checkout - for heavier items or West Coast destinations, I recommend checking the cost of both methods, as sometimes USPS Priority Mail can be less expensive.
