SHIPPING:

Your card will be shipped in protective sleeve within a toploader in an extra-rigid mailer. If you purchase more than one card, shipping will be combined. Shipping method is Canada Post Xpresspost (for Canadian buyers) or Canada Post Tracked Packet (for US and International buyers). Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or duties.

RETURNS:

If you wish to return the card, you must contact me within 14 days of receiving the card. 

Please note you are responsible for return shipping costs. You must ship with tracking, as a refund will NOT be given until the card is returned. 

Take care to package the card safely, as you will be held responsible for any loss in value. If possible, please send the card back in the original mailer. If you no longer have the original mailer, please use an equal substitute. 

You must return the card with the protective sleeve and toploader. Once the card has been safely returned and is assessed to be in its original condition, you will be refunded the original ITEM COST only. This does NOT include the original shipping cost. If the card is not in its original condition, you will be held responsible for the loss in value and will be partially refunded based on the newly-assessed value of the card.

Failure to meet these conditions may result in a lower refund amount.
