Brand new to the market as of November 2025.

This is a billet aluminium CNC machined housing to suit the Gates 38610 heavy duty belt tensioner.

Instant 10% more airflow due to extra belt tension!

With going through a number of genuine tensioners, I always had the same issues arise, they either rattled, squeaked or the belt slides left to right… Plus almost $400 for a part that doesn’t last is annoying too.

So after doing some research I found a Gates heavy duty tensioner to replace the OEM one. It can be purchased from multiple websites, around $200-$300, depending on where you go.

The lower idler pulley is in it’s original position, the upper idler is raised 20mm.

PLEASE NOTE - If you require the coil pack to mount on top like the OEM tensioner, I have a separate listing for that version.

Also includes mounting bolts.
