This is a very hard to find H&K or Hawekotte and Klausmann electric bipolar DC toy motor.  It is fresh from an old collection and is in nice original condition as can be seen with no cracks, breaks, or repairs except for an old solid crack in the base which is very sturdy and hard to see from the top side.  It measures about 3 1/8 x 5 1/8 x 3 3/8 inches tall.  It spins freely and although I haven't tried it I see no obvious reason why it wouldn't run.  It has a pulley on it for a round belt to run a lineshaft or other implements.  It has original paint on it and has the reversing lever as can be seen.  This would be a neat addition to your early electric motor collection or engine or steam model toy setup or display.  These don't turn up very often as they are well over a century old!  The pictures tell the story.  I can be reached at: 262 573 193 1 if you'd like to talk about it.  Good Luck.
