My items are either Brand New or gently pre-owned unless otherwise stated. I provide as much information and detail as I can to prevent misunderstanding. My home is smoke free but NOT pet free; although items are stored away from pets. Please expect light normal wear to pre-owned items. All pre-owned clothing items are laundered (if washable) before listing. 

My items come from a variety of sources. I do not always know the history of the item; such as shrinkage, alterations, etc. I provide the tag size and measurements. Please compare provided measurements to garments of your own to ensure a good fit.
