Antique Vintage Old Coffee or Tea Pot  not sure ??

On the lid, there is 2 small dogs and a little girl     how cute is that  

has a nice ornate scene on it

MARKED ON BOTTOM:   nothing there 

SIZE  (from spout to back of handle):    8  3/4"  wide  x  8" tall

Condition..........read  above info

Not sure where it was made  ???????
