The heat shield included in the kit maximize the cooling effect. Compare to the cold air intake, HPS short ram cool air intake is a convenient way to change your intake in case of rainy days where water might be inducted into your cold air system. The included installation instruction has clear pictures and description to guide the installer throughout the whole process. The kit does NOT require tuning and does not trigger CEL light. No modification is required during the installation. HPS light weight mandrel-bent aluminum alloy piping replace the stock restrictive air box and optimize the air flow with long lasting durability. HPS shortram air intake kit features HPS signature race proven reinforced silicone hoses and industrial grade 100% stainless steel T-bolt clamps, which ensure the durability and reliability during the extreme driving condition. The included K&N High-Flow conical air filter designed to provide increased surface area and dust capacity. This extra surface area provides even more airflow at lower restriction than a standard replacement filter that is limited to the size of the factory air box. The oversize air filter also captures more dirt increasing the service life before a cleaning is required (up to 100,000 miles).

• All the performance parts have to install by ASE Certified mechanic/technician in order to cover by our 90 Days or 1 year warranty. Warranty void if customer installs the parts without certified mechanic/technician instructed.

• All return must be made within 30 days from the day you received the item. Shipping charge is non-refundable. *Partial Refund - 80% for Item in Brand new condition. And, Partial refund 50-80% of selling price - when item return in opened it, used it, sent it back not in original package, or sent it back in a condition other than the one you sent it in.
  
• All exchange must have RMA number and approval. We will not accept any returns or exchanges without RMA approval.
