The strap is adjustable and looks to be made out of leather. Signed on the bottom. 

Interior is two different collon patterns. The inside has an open pocket and one with a zipper. You can close the top with a drawstring and a large wooden bead. There is an extra drawstring and bead included in one of the pockets. It's about 6.5" x 7.5"
