Designed by William Woodward, this historic silver dollar was struck to commemorate the bicentennial of the U.S. Congress. The obverse shows the Statue of Freedom that stands atop the Capitol dome. The reverse depicts the Mace of the House of Representatives, which resides in the House Chamber when the House is in session. It is a rare coin.
