  • We cannot ship to a PO Box OR Parcel Lockers. Residential or Business addresses only
  • Please ensure you provide an address for delivery that will have someone there. We suggest a work address if no one is home during the day.
  • Re-Delivery on uncollected items will cost the shipping price again so please check your letter box and call once carded.
  • All orders will usually be packed and booked out within one business day.
  • We use couriers to transport all hazardous goods; a tracking number will be provided upon dispatch. 
  • Some Remote Locations may not be accessible by road (this is very rare but possible) These may incur an extra fee in accordance with our courier company.
  • All Return shipping must comply with Australian Law and be paid for by the buyer.
  • We will happily combine shipping on multiple items.  There is a $20 Flat shipping charge per order. This may change if your location is charged at more than the $20 flat fee. Please make contact if you are unsure.
  • If your location is charged at more than the $20 fee then we will make contact and ask for the additional amount.
  • We do not charge any shipping or handling cost for pickup.
  • Returns accepted 30days after purchase date. Item/s need to be unused/unopen to qualify for money back. Postage back to us is at buyer cost and will not be refunded.
  • We dispatch on Monday, Wednesday and Friday excluding Victorian public holidays.
