This is a very hard to find original governor detent for a 2 1/2hp International Harvester Famous or Titan hit and miss gas engine.  It is part number GA6917 and is about 7 1/8 inches long.  It has the eccentric and speed changer parts in it as can be seen.  It is in well used condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind but will need some attention before using it as can be seen.  If you need one this one would be better than the one you don't have.  It would also make a great spare on the shelf.  The pictures tell the story.  It would surely beat making one or trying to repair yours!  I can be reached at 262 573 193 1 if you'd like to talk about it.  Good Luck.
