Condition: Good. There are a few spots on the suit that may come out with additional cleaning. I noted a spot on the right front, some small spots on the front label and collar. There are also some light spots on the front of the pants. The pants have about 2" extra of cloth at the end of the cuffs. Please see all pictures and measurements. Thanks for looking!

Suit Top:
Chest 44" (from lower armpit to lower armpit, then doubled)

Waist 41"   (from middle button, side to side, then doubled)

Shoulder width: 19.5" (should seam to shoulder seam in the back)

Sleeve Length: 27" (top shoulder seam to bottom sleeve cuff)

Jacket Length: 33" (bottom of rear collar to bottom of the blazer)

Tag Size: 44 (The actual measurements are   listed above)

Pants:

Actual Waist: 34" (Actual waistband measured flat and then that measurement doubled)

Actual Inseam: 32" (From crotch to bottom of pant leg)

Front Rise: 12.5" (from crotch seam to top of waistband)

Leg Cuff Opening: 17" (Actual opening measured flat and then that measurement doubled)

Tag Size: N/A (The actual measurements are listed above)
