Stunning Cobalt Blue very sparkly knit, stretchy top from Norton McNaughton.  The top is a mock turtleneck with short sleeves. I could not take decent enough photos to show what a gorgeous top this is & how perfect for a holiday party. Some photos may make the top look like it has white-it does not. The light reflects the blue metallic threads that are throughout the top.  Banded bottom as well as the short sleeves. The top is in great condition.
