Same day orders made before 3pm, dispatched via Royal Mail We offer free next day delivery on orders over £30. We cannot guarantee next day delivery. However, most first class deliveries are made next working day.RETURN POLICY

WARRANTY
All our products are subject to 1 YEAR WARRANTY.
All warranty returns must be sent with a copy of the invoice and contact details.
Once received our engineers will test the part and if required one of our Customer Services specialists will contact you with an update.
Exclusions to warranty:
Fans: Fan coils and motors failing due to boiler overheating will not be covered under warranty.
For Electronic parts such as Printed Circuit Boards (PCB): if the parts have experienced any water damage or external electrical shortage this will not be covered by warranty. Failures or defects caused by misuse.
All warranty returns must be sent with a copy of the invoice and contact details.

Items that we have charged postage for & that are not required or wrongly purchased must be returned in their original packaging and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (this is to cover Ebay fees). We will also deduct the original amount of postage from the refund amount.
