Hydraulic Gear Puller Adjustable Jaws Wheel Bearing Puller Separator Machine

When using, first insert the slotted end of the handle onto the return valve stem and tighten the return valve stem clockwise.
Adjust the claw base so that the claw hooks grip the object being pulled.
Insert the handle into the lever hole and move the piston starter rod back and forth to advance smoothly. The claw hook will retract accordingly, pulling the object out.
The effective stroke of the hydraulic jack's piston actuator rod is only 50mm. Therefore, the extension distance during operation must not exceed 50mm. If extraction fails, cease operation, release the return valve, and allow the piston actuator rod to retract. After readjustment, repeat steps 1, 2, and 3 until extraction is complete.
To retract the piston starter rod, simply use the handle's slotted end to slightly loosen the return valve stem counterclockwise. The piston starter rod will gradually retract under spring force.
Before use, select the appropriate tonnage hydraulic puller based on the object's outer diameter, pulling distance, and load capacity. Never exceed the rated capacity to prevent damage.
This hydraulic jack operates within -5°C to 45°C using (GB443-84) N15 mechanical oil; for -20°C to -5°C, employ (GB442-64) synthetic spindle oil MBEeE CSOEGEWUSEREARS RFS.
To prevent equipment damage from overload, the hydraulic system incorporates an automatic overload relief valve. Should the load exceed the rated capacity, the relief valve will automatically discharge pressure. In such instances, select a hydraulic puller with a higher tonnage rating.
As this machine utilises oil as its medium, diligent maintenance of both the oil and the equipment is essential to prevent clogging or leakage, which could compromise performance.
New or long-idle hydraulic pullers may exhibit slight piston rod jerks during initial operation due to trapped air in the cylinder. This can be remedied by performing 2-3 no-load reciprocations to expel residual air. Long-term storage causes seal hardening, reducing service life. Therefore, perform 2-3 no-load reciprocations monthly when the puller is unused.
