All upgraded shipping promotions are strictly available to the lower 48 States, however, we will use USPS Priority Mail as a substitute for our customers outside of the AK, HI and the Protectorates.

EuroOptic ltd is happy to offer free returns within 30 days and for any reason. All returns will be inspected at our facility in Muncy, PA. We will always refund the full price of the item as long as it is in brand new condition within 2 business days of arrival. Returns that are in used or damaged condition may be assessed a fee per eBay policy & practices. Crossbows or bows that have been assembled or fired CANNOT BE RETURNED due to safety reasons. Warranty claims must be filed directly with the manufacturer for assembled or fired bows.
