Unfortunately, both birds have had their long, delicate tails broken at approximately the same point. This appears to be an old break. The break is clean and the birds remain stable and perfectly suitable for display. Please review all photos carefully, as they are part of the description.

Aside from the tails, the birds are in excellent vintage condition. There are no chips, no cracks, and no flea bites on the bodies, heads, or bases. The glass is clean and the color is vibrant.

These birds have a lot of life left in them! While not perfect, they retain their beautiful form and color. They are perfect for someone who loves the MCM look and wants a beautiful display piece at a more accessible price point, or for a collector unfazed by a minor flaw.
