Nice brass tag.

Does not pump oil, I added some ATF oil I had to it and ratcheted the pumps probably 20 cycles or so and I never did see any pump out. The pump plungers all go up and snap back down.

I imagine the whole thing needs gone through and worked over.

Sight glass is cracked.

The ratcheting lever has wear.

This item is old, used, and currently nonworking.
