Choose our standard UK delivery service for FREE delivery! A tracked service is available when you select a 48 hour or 24 hour courier service. Your tracking number and courier information will be emailed to you once your item has been dispatched. Regardless of which delivery option you have chosen, a standard confirmation email will be sent out for all orders upon dispatch.
What do I do if I have not received my delivery?
If you have selected standard UK delivery, please note that this will take 1 - 5 working days (excluding weekends), and is subject to disruption during peak times of the year such as Christmas. If you have not received your delivery within the specified length of time, then feel free to contact our customer service department through the eBay messaging system.
How much does the delivery cost and how long does it take?
We offer free standard delivery, and offer a paid express delivery service & international service. The cost of express or international delivery is in the listing, under the Postage & Payments tab, as well as the estimated delivery date. Due to our carriers charging extra for Highland and Islands, we need to pass this charge onto our customers. Which delivery companies do you use?
The courier chosen to deliver your parcel(s) will depend on the size and weight of the goods you have purchased, as well as your location. We use DPD, Royal Mail, UK Mail and Hermes for UK deliveries, and DHL for international deliveries. As soon as your order has been dispatched we will email you with the details of the courier along with a tracking number if you have selected 24 hour or 48 hour couriers.

All deliveries will require a signature so please ensure someone is present to sign for the item. The couriers will try and deliver the item twice before returning the item to us. Should the item be returned to us we will have to charge for re-delivery.
For orders cancelled after despatch you must follow our returns procedure. The customer is responsible for both the outgoing and return postage costs.
