1. Shipping and Delivery

We pack all items with care. If your order is delayed or damaged, please contact us before leaving feedback. We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier, and following eBay guidelines we will also open an eBay case, as refunds and resolutions must be processed through eBay's system.

Due to the Canada Post strike and tariff issues, eBay does not offer us Canada Post shipping to the United States at this time. We use UPS as the next most affordable alternative.

All shipping prices shown are our discounted rates. Shipping may be adjusted based on weight, packaging materials, required insurance, or signature confirmation fees.

For items over 1000 dollars, we ship with FedEx. It is more expensive, but it provides our preferred insurance coverage for high value shipments.

We do not ship to addresses with repeated delivery issues or areas under Canada Post service interruptions. If this applies to your address, we cannot work around it. Buyers must open a cancel order request.

  1. PWE (Canada Only) vs Tracked Shipping

PWE is available within Canada only as a low cost option for small cards.
It is untracked, so we cannot see its location in transit.
If your PWE shipment is delayed, please message us through eBay and we will assist you.

Tracked shipping is always available for buyers who want tracking and full shipping visibility.

  1. Cancellations, Returns and Promotions

All sales are final.
No returns.
No cancellations once an order is marked as shipped.

If an incorrect item is received, we will resolve the issue promptly.

Promotions such as 10 percent off 5 or more items must be applied at checkout. Once payment is completed, discounts cannot be added afterward.

  1. Combine Orders and Multiple Purchases

If purchasing multiple items, please request a combined invoice before paying.

Combined shipping depends on the type of items, packaging materials, total weight, and insurance or signature requirements.

We cannot adjust shipping or pricing after payment is completed. Any shipping adjustments made after payment are at our discretion.

  1. Handling Time

Orders are shipped according to the handling time shown on each listing.
Most orders are shipped earlier when possible.

  1. Photos and Item Accuracy

All photos are our own and show the exact item you will receive.
We do not use stock or generic photos.

Funko Pops:
Box condition is as shown. Minor packaging blemishes are normal and not considered damage per Funko.

Graded Cards:
Slabs are shown as is. Scratches or marks on the slab do not affect the card's grade.

Requests to complete a sale off eBay violate eBay policy. Buyers who ask will be blocked.

We respect your privacy. Personal information is used only to process and ship your order.

We occasionally include small bonus items when supplies allow. Freebies depend on the type of order, weight, and packaging requirements. These extras are not guaranteed, not of monetary value, and not part of the sale. They are simply a thank you when possible.
