Compressor Replacement Precautions
I. Inspection
1, check whether the original compressor oil is too dirty, if the oil is too dirty, the system must be cleaned with nitrogen system, must replace the filter drier
2, check whether the compressor operation control AC contactor jammed or poor contact, resulting in the compressor phase operation, if the compressor is damaged coil winding, must be replaced with the same type of AC contactor
3, check and protect the circuit, the normal snow pressure state high and low pressure switch is closed, high pressure limit ≤ 2.2Mpa low pressure ≥ 0.28Mpa, is closed, if the damage to be replaced
4, check whether the radiator is too dirty, must be cleaned
5、Check the original equipment oil refrigerant pressure, if the leakage of snow must be repaired.
Second, construction:
1、Disconnect the power supply
2、Disassemble the compressor and check the old compressor.
3, nitrogen cleaning system, step by step, disassemble the filter with nitrogen from the radiator inlet blowing in, radiator outlet discharge, and then from the filter inlet blowing in, from the compressor back to the gas pipe discharge, repeated cleaning several times
4、Installation of new compression, new filter welding
5、Pressurize with nitrogen, 20Mpa pressure leakage check for 30 minutes.
(Do not use compressor pressure)
6、Circuit inspection and replacement of damaged parts, check the power supply and control lines
7、Clean the radiator
8、Discharge nitrogen, pumping for 30 minutes.
9, add the same type of refrigerant
10, power on debugging, testing the compressor current and voltage, refrigerant normal pressure high pressure 1.7Mpa, low pressure 045Mpa, refrigerant charge simulation for 0.7Kg / HP (10 HP - 30 HP)
