The IKA RO 5 is a robust and reliable multi-position magnetic stirrer with five independently usable stirring positions, ideal for parallel stirring processes in chemical, biological and pharmaceutical laboratories. It is ideal for applications such as reagent preparation, solution preparation or homogenization under constant conditions.
With a speed range of 0 to 1200 rpm and smooth, synchronous movement in Allen positions, the RO 5 offers the highest reproducibility and efficiency. The compact design saves space on the laboratory bench, while the chemical-resistant surface allows for easy cleaning.
The stirring fields are suitable for beaker sizes up to 400 ml (H₂O) per position, and the powerful DC motor ensures quiet, vibration-free running - even during long periods of continuous operation.
