Returns & Refunds
If you decide that an item is unsuitable, or you change your mind, please do not hesitate to send it back to us within 30 days of purchasing your item, in their original condition, unworn with the tags still attached. We will issue a refund upon receiving the item. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, therefore, we recommend the item is returned and another order is placed.
Your returned parcel is your
responsibility until it reaches us, therefore, please keep the proof of
postage. We recommend using the Royal Mail recorded service. We cannot accept
responsibility for lost parcels. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund
delivery charges or postage costs for items that are unsuitable or do not fit.
