- CHANGE OUT ACCESSORY BITS: Two brass collets (2.3 and 3.2mm) securely hold-in the various sizes and types of accessory bits at the chuck head. Select the collets that fit the shank of the accessory bit, then tighten together with the supplied mini-wrench at the locking nut.

Shipping
Orders will be shipped out within 24 hours after the payment is cleared, but may delay during holidays and Weekends. Please check your delivery address and make sure they are correct before payment. PO BOX address is not recommended for high value items, and please leave us your phone number for delivery.
Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 2 and 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will require longer period of time. Please use the tracking number to track your package, once it has been uploaded to eBay.
Orders are dispatched by Australia Post, Aramex or Couriers Please. In general, specifying a carrier is not available. If you have any concern about your delivery, please contact the courier with provided tracking number. And of course, we would be happy to support you for delivery problems.
Pick-up is not available at the moment. If you desperately need to use of our product, please contact our customer service to confirm delivery time, before placing order.
Once you have received your item, please leave feedback for us as this will inform us that you have received your items.
Warranty
Each product purchased from us has a 12 month warranty from the date of delivered.
Our warranty covers labor and replacement parts only (including accessories). This guarantee does not include refunds or compensation for incidental damages.
It may be necessary for the product to be returned for testing to uncover any problem.
Returns
Returns must be notified to us within 30 days since the product were delivered. After 30 days, your order will be assumed satisfactory and claims of delivery errors or requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
To return your item(s), please CONTACT US first and we will send you return instructions. All returns must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item(s) may not be identifiable and accepted. Applicable freight fees and a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit.
