Description
  • This Smart Door Sensor consists of sensor and magnetic stick two parts. It adopts WiFi communication technology, can detect the open and close status between door/window frame and door/window, and report status change to APP in real-time.
  • APP NOTIFICATION: 24/7 Real time App Monitor the status of doors or windows. When the sensor is triggered, push notifications will be sent to your smartphone, and even can be clear when someone enters your home.
  • REAL-TIME ALERTS: The smart door sensor can protect your home security in real time. You will receive an app push notification in real time when the sensor detector separated that means your door has been opened. All alarm record history can be check in app.
  • DEVICE SHARING: You can share your added devices with your family members, so they can also monitor the status of doors or windows.
  • LOW-VOLTAGE INDICATION: When the battery level is low, it will automatically remind you to change batteries, never worry about running out of battery. (The AAA batteries need to be purchased separately.)

  • 1. Why the device can't be added to my smartphone?
  • A: Please open Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on your smartphone before adding device to 'Tuya Smart' app.
  • 2. Why can't I receive push notifications from the app when my smartphone's screen is locked?
  • A: Please make sure to enable the Tuya app's 'Allow Notifications' & 'Critical Alerts' in your smartphone's 'Settings'.
  • 3. Do I need to purchase AAA batteries for the device?
  • A: Yes. Please purchase the AAA batteries separately.
  • 4. Why does the device keep showing that the door is open？
  • A. Please ensure the installation distance should not exceed 0.5 inches and the triangle symbols on the side of two parts need to be aligned.
  • 5. How long can the batteries last?
  • A: If using AAA alkaline batteries (LR03) with a single-cell capacity of 1200mAh, and opening the door 10 times a day, the batteries can last for about 1 year.
