The Chilli Beans. Maika Mustang® Bass, the signature bass of Chilli Beans. bassist Maika, is a groundbreaking model featuring two Jazz Bass® pickups on a 30-inch scale Mustang Bass®.
Taking inspiration from the standard single-coil Mustang Bass, the pickups are positioned slightly closer to the neck to capture sound where string vibration is greatest.
This bass delivers rich lows beyond what its compact size suggests, expressing a distinctly Jazz Bass character.
The color features a matching Aged Natural headstock. The Aged Peraloid pickguard complements the body color exceptionally well, creating a vintage-inspired, subdued impression that mirrors the sound.
Smaller tuning machines are used to achieve overall weight balance.
Maika's signature is engraved on the back of the headstock.
