Please note these are used boots so please do not expect them to be new - they may have wear to heels and soles which is visible in the photos so please judge condition before buying - the photos you see are the boots you will receive. Any other wear notes will be highlighted or noted in condition description.

We have an outstanding reputation online and have been registered on Ebay since 1999 although this is a new business idea we started in Spring 2025 simply because we thought we could supply pre-owned boots in better way than anybody else.

We reply to messages same day.

We believe we present accurate pictures of each boot we sell but if you want any more pictures from any view please ask.

Cleaning and Refurbishing

Every boot is washed with saddle soap, soles cleaned then dried naturally.

If the leather is dry it will be treated with Leder Gris to rejuvenate and condition.  

Insoles are removed, washed and sanitized. If damaged they are replaced with a similar pair or after market insoles.

The laces are removed and washed. If new ones are needed these are made inhouse by us to fit.

The inside of each boot is sprayed with anti-bacterial sanitizing cleaner.

The outside is assessed for wear, and any minor repairs to the leather and rand or eyelets are undertaken.

The leather will then be dressed with conditioner, leder gris or sealing dye depending on the condition and the desired final look. There are some pre owned boots we get which are so good we don't touch the leather as it looks new and has never been polished so we leave it as it is.

Some boots are darkened or recoloured from MOD brown for a different look and coloured laces installed. If you want the original brown or black laces in your boots please let us know.

Boots we get with very worn soles or heels will either be rejected as not fit for sale or if usable be advertised at a lower price to reflect the condition.

Insoles are then put back in, laces re-installed and the boots are numbered and photographed in detail for sale.

No other online business does the level of work we do to present the boots in the best condition possible for resale.

Returns:

If the boots you receive don't fit comfortably speak to us. We can exchange them for a larger, wider or smaller pair if we have the right boots in stock which. Bootking takes customer satisfaction very seriously and we will do everything we can to make your experience buying with us a pleasurable one.

If we can't find a size that will work for you, we will take the boots back and refund in full.

Our only ask is we expect the return to be activated within 14 days of the purchase date, we believe this is long enough for you to decide whether you're going to keep the boots or return them. If the boots are new we need them returned in the condition sent out, i.e. not worn outside and with any tags still attached.

Bootking recommend Svartz footbeds for ultimate comfort and we sell these new in our shop - they do not hold moisture and make any boot comfortable and the fit right. They can also be swapped in running shoes and are the best footbeds on the market. Please see the shop for sizes available.

For Conditioning the leading products for modern leathers are Altbergs Leder Gris for waterproofing smooth leather and Altbergs leder Bok for suede and Nubuk. Both for sale in our shop and very well recommended to keep your boots in great condition.
