It has some upgrades/extras that were paid for extra like transit tie downs, tubular armrest,  sideguards,  leg rest covers amd anti tip bars.

THIS WILL COME AS SHOWN, IT DOESN'T HAVE REAR WHEELS.

this previously had power assist wheels, so th mounting brackets for the rear wheels axles are not the original ones, but you can put regular wheels on it.
