This evaluation identifies the cause of malfunction, assesses necessary repairs, and culminates in a detailed repair quotation including parts, labor, and an estimated lead time. This evaluation fee does NOT include the cost of actual repairs; repair costs will be quoted separately for your explicit approval. A Plus Electric Motor Repair warrants all authorized and performed repair work for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of return shipment of the repaired item from our facility. This warranty covers defects in workmanship or materials supplied by A Plus Electric Motor Repair directly related to the authorized repair, should the equipment fail to perform its intended function under normal operating conditions due to such defects. This warranty is expressly void and does not apply to: Defects or failures caused by customer abuse, misuse, accident, improper installation, neglect, unauthorized alterations, disassembles, or repairs performed by parties other than A Plus Electric Motor Repair. Normal wear and tear of components. Damage resulting from environmental factors, power surges, contamination, or inadequate maintenance not directly attributable to our repair work.
