Important features:
• Weight 7 g of yeast + 10 g of nutrient
• For 10-25 L of mixture
• Perfect for wines made from cherries, dark grapes, blueberries, chokeberries, and elderberries.
How to use:
Yeast does not require pre-cultivation. Mix it in 100 ml of boiled water cooled to 30°C, then let it stand for 20 minutes. After this time, pour the solution into the fermentation container/carboy containing the wine. Dose the appropriate amount of nutrient (1 g of nutrient/1.5-2.5 L of must) in three equal portions: I - before inoculation with yeast, II - after 2-3 days of fermentation, III - after approximately 10 days, when the °Blg of the must drops to 8-12. Dissolve the nutrient portions in 100 ml of must, then pour into the container/carboy and mix.
