Top platform piece is loose and needs to be glued back down. The flag in the woman's hand is broken off and previous owner for some reason glued it into the middle platform.

Lights and sound work. It does rotate but the top platform definitely needs to be glued in place before I would suggest using it.

Box has some flaws.
