Mattel The Batman Deluxe Tux The Penguin (loose)

This listing is for a Mattel The Batman EXP Deluxe Tux The Penguin figure.  Item is loose and does not come with any packaging.  His hat is a little hard to put on and sit tight.  That was a problem with many of the Penguin figures.  Please review the posted pictures and ask if you need additional pictures or have additional questions about anything else related to the auction. The item pictured is the item being shipped.
