When importing goods into the United States or other countries, customs duties and taxes will always be applied depending on the type and value of the items.
Duty rates generally range from 0% to 15%, but this varies depending on the HS code classification and the country of origin.
On August 29, 2025, the “de minimis rule E(which exempted imports under USD $800) was repealed.
As a result, even lower-value items may now be subject to import duties.
According to U.S. law, the responsibility for paying customs duties and taxes lies with the buyer/recipient.
However, in some cases carriers may mistakenly charge the duties to the sender (shipper).
If this occurs, we will request reimbursement of the customs duty from you after the item has been delivered.
By purchasing, you are deemed to have agreed to these conditions.
Please note that import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
This is because the selling price does not include customs duties or handling fees, in order to prevent the buyer from paying unnecessary additional charges.
Please make sure to pay the customs duties exactly as instructed by the carrier. This will ensure that you receive the item at the lowest possible total cost.
If you refuse to pay customs duties, your order may become undeliverable or be returned to us.
In such cases, any refund will be made minus the round-trip shipping costs.
We cannot declare a lower value than the actual item price, nor can we mark items as gifts.
