ECU Programming:
Please be advised that all Electronic Control Units (ECUs) will require programming and configuration to your specific vehicle by a qualified automotive specialist. We do not provide programming services.
Condition of Goods:
All items offered for sale are used components. While they may exhibit signs of previous use, each item has been fully inspected and confirmed to be in working condition prior to dispatch.
Security Procedures:
Each item is photographed and discreetly security-marked prior to shipment. Any returned item found not to be our original product or showing evidence of tampering will be reported to eBay and the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
Payment Methods:
Payment is accepted via card or cash on collection.
Returns Policy:
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of dispatch.
All returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item only; shipping fees are non-refundable.
Buyers must notify us in advance of any intention to return an item.
Return Shipping Responsibility:
All shipping and return postage costs are strictly the buyer?s responsibility.

Failure to include the necessary documentation may result in a delay in processing your refund.
Failed Deliveries & Reposting:
Items returned due to non-delivery or buyer error will be subject to a re-postal fee.
Faulty Items Procedure:
Any faults must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Returned items will undergo inspection and testing.
Should the item be confirmed as faulty, a replacement unit will be dispatched.
If no fault is found, the buyer will be responsible for all associated return shipping charges.
