WELCOME TO OUR STORE
We are a UK-based, family-run mattress manufacturer with over 10 years of experience supplying quality mattresses to customers across the UK.
Our mattresses are available in a range of sizes, thicknesses and firmness options, allowing you to choose the mattress that best suits your individual preferences and requirements.
Please note that mattress firmness is subjective and can feel different from person to person. What one customer considers firm, another may find medium or soft depending on their body weight, sleeping position and personal preference.
If you are unsure which firmness or mattress type would be most suitable for you, please send us a message before ordering and we will be happy to provide guidance.
Most of our mattresses are securely packaged and dispatched using an appropriate courier service.
Rock Hard mattresses: Due to the density and construction of these mattresses, they are flat packed and are not rolled or vacuum packed. These orders are delivered using a private Man with a Van courier service rather than a standard parcel courier.
If you have any questions regarding the packaging, delivery method or service available for your order, please message us before purchasing and we will be happy to help.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please ensure you carefully check the size, thickness, firmness and specifications selected before placing your order.
For returns, please refer to our eBay return policy and contact us before sending anything back.
Please note: For mattresses that have been opened from their original packaging, regardless of the mattress size, a return/collection fee may apply. This is due to the additional handling, collection and packaging requirements involved with opened mattresses.
If you are considering returning an opened mattress or would like further information regarding our return policy and any applicable fees, please message us before arranging the return.
Our mattresses are made to standard UK mattress and bed size specifications. Please be aware that European (Euro) mattress sizes are different from standard UK sizes, even where the dimensions may appear similar.
If you are unsure whether your bed frame requires a UK or European size, or you are concerned about the measurements, please message us with your required size and we will be happy to advise before you place your order.
Please check all measurements and product specifications carefully before ordering. We recommend measuring your existing bed frame before purchasing to ensure the mattress size is suitable.
If you are unsure about size, firmness, thickness, material or which mattress would be most suitable for you, please contact us before ordering. We are always happy to help.
Thank you for choosing our family-run business.
