Susan Shaw jewelry is triple plated with 24K gold or sterling silver.

We use genuine freshwater pearls including baroque and coin.

Semi-precious gemstones including Turquoise, Lapis, Onyx, Agate, Amazonite, Labradorite, Quartz, and Sodalite are genuine.

Other materials may include shell pearls made of ground nacre, natural coral,

hand-painted porcelain beads, archive-inspired coins, antique buffalo nickels, lucite and venetian glass.

RETURNS:  All items sold AS IS and all sales are final. 3. the item together with the authorization email inside of the package then it will be inspected for the totality/validity of the return requirements listed, processed within three days by money back (original purchase price only, shipping and handling/buyer optional mailing items, 'free shipping' cost are NOT refundable. If the item purchased was a 'free shipping' listing, the cost of the shipping will not be refunded to the buyer. If any of the return requirements listed are not met and/or reason for the return can not be validated and/or the return not received in 3 days of the authorization email the return authorization will be null and void and no further actions will be facilitated.
