HTC One M8 Smartphone **NOT WORKING**

This device is being sold strictly as NOT WORKING as the phone is not turning on as it should. The phone shows no sign of life until I plug it into the charge at which point it will turn on to the screen shown in the photos. The volume up and down buttons seem to move the highlight on this screen but the power button has no effect. Due to this, the.phone is completely untested pho e.and is unable and therefore suitable to be listed as NOT WORKING only.

Cosmetically the device is in poor condition with visible damage and visible and obvious signs of use and age all over (please see photos for details).

I know nothing more about this item and do not know if there are any other faults (including being locked to another account or user as an example) other than mentioned above and can not confirm the exact specification. All information provided is to the best of my knowledge, but is open to change upon repair.
