Overall acceptable condition and doesn't seem to have any major condition issues. However there are many minor condition issues as shown in photos.

Condition issues may include:

Bends on cover and some pages.

Some separation of spine

Flaking of inside cover from age

Pencil marking on some pages

Staining of some pages

Very old moisture damage to spine and pages near the spine

Does not smell of mildew or smoke

Does not have mold or mildew
