Authentic French Baroque 17^th Century Louis XIV Clock Piece.

This is original piece of 17^th Century French Baroque Clock

Scarce clock-face made from wood and bronze hand crafted and hand painted, there are traces of being gold glided. This is a piece of a big probably floor standing clock.

It is ornamented with pastoral scene of playing and swinging young maids.

The other ornament is with the Sun King (Roi Soleil) Louis XIV, that gives us reference to his period.

The condition is used with wear consistent with age and use.  Please look at photos for accurate account of condition.  Use zoom feature to see flaws prior to bidding.
