There is a visible split in the binding at the title page, but the binding is tight and there is no looseness.

The spine has foxing.

The bottom corner of a few pages are rumpled (about 1/16"). 

There are pencil marks on a few pages.

There is a stain on one page.

On the top page edges, there is 1/2" tanning that runs across the width of the book.

The slipcase has white marks on the top and bottom edges and a few light marks elsewhere.

The Sandglass has a bend in the top corners.
