I don't have a lot of information about this scuttle. I bought it and I'm reselling it years later. It's solid well-built. I believe it would have had a tin lining. It measures 11 and 3/4 in wide including the handle it measures about 12 and 3/4 tall and the length is 15 and 1/4. It appears to be oak and maybe some pine
