Description
Meet the F71, a modern sport-touring helmet that's lightweight and packed with rider-friendly features. Its aerodynamic shell ensures great performance at high speeds and is lightweight thanks to its Advanced Fibreglass Composite construction. It comes with a Dynamic Multi-Step sun visor for sun protection and a wider eye port for a better field of view. The 3D contour design ensures a secure fit for added safety and comfort. The Two-Way Pivot Ratchet system will provide the helmet with a better seal and smooth ratchet movement. If needed, it is designed for a comfortable fit with glasses. For emergencies, there's an Emergency pull tab on the Cheek Pads for quick and safe removal. The reflective trim along the padding enhances safety. Recently purchased this helmet from the Sportsbikeshop very pleased with the fit and quality. Also has a built in sun visor which I didn t realise initially. I ve previously had Shoei and AGV lids, but this seems just as good. Good price also.

Good fit a little large next size to big, tight around the forehead hope it gives a little possiblydue to drop down. Wind noise a bit loader than gtair. Lighter and better drop down sun visor. Good helmet and would recommend hjc. And sportsbikeshop.

Firstly, A huge thanks to Duncan at the Glasgow store for the advice and help when I visited. (I didn't go for the Red or Blue Bard in the end, but did get this one :-)) This wasn't really what I had as my 1st choice as had preferred , but being new to biking and being lazy, I had bought helmets in the past without trying them on. So, after a slide and needing a new lid, I took a trip to the Glasgow store. After trying several on, this was a great fit, felt light, had lots of features, the colour scheme kinda went with my Oxford Stormland jacket and a bargain price I opted for this. It also meant I could keep my Cardo Freecom 4X by using a Tubs Jackson adaptor (another great piece of advice from Duncan.) Due to the weather I haven't actually been out and about with it yet, but have worn it around the house and it's settled in nicely. A proper road test is on the cards in the next week or two.
Lovely quality helmet

I bought this helmet after first ordering an AGV K1S in medium, which when it arrived was far too small, despite me having an AGV Sport Modular Helmet in M which fits great. The AGV also felt brittle and plasticky. I bought the HJC F71 after viewing one in a local bike shop, didn't really know anything about the brand. It's lovely, feels close in quality to my Arai Quantic and it's lighter, paint quality and vents all lovely quality. Fitted my Cardo Intercom (which I didn't want to fit on the Arai) by removing the left hand trim piece and sticking straight on, fits great. Lovely helmet.
Surprisingly good for the price

My first full face helmet having been using for Shoe GT Air/Air 2 for daily commuting and touring. I wasn't sure whether HJC head shape would suit me as well as the Shoe, but I needn't have worried. A 60.5cm head circumference makes for a snug but comfortable fit in the XL size. Wind noise considerably less than the Shoe flip-top. Very happy with colour nod to my lime green Z900RS Cafe.
