Also known as a dancing water basin, Chinese fish basin, or singing fountain bowl. This vessel is approximately 15.25" across and 4" high. Handles add approximately 1.5" to the height. The base is approximately 8" across.

There are no dents or other damage to the piece.

I believe it to be brass, but I am not 100% sure.
