Upon delivery, the customer is required to verify that:

  Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 185 of 1999, art. 5, the buyer has the right to return the product without the need to provide a reason, provided the following requirements are met:

• 📅 Return deadline is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
• 📦 Product must be intact, unused, complete with all accessories and packaged in its original box.
• 🔒 Seals and protective films (if any) must be intact, never removed or tampered with.

⚠️ The right of withdrawal lapses in the absence of even one of the above requirements.

Once we receive the return and verify the perfect condition of the goods, we will refund the amount paid (excluding shipping and handling).

⚠️ eBay fees of 7% of the total amount are non-refundable.

Refund will be made within 3 working days from receipt of the goods, exclusively via:
