A message to our international customers:


First Class service is used for International shipments weighing less than 4lbs.
First Class mail can take up to 12 weeks for delivery to some locations.
This is very rare, but it does happen. Priority Service is available
upon request at an additional fee. We understand your frustration when
dealing with custom inspections; however, keep in mind
that we ship immediately to ensure that your package gets in the system
as quickly as possible. We provide you with your custom label
ID number to assure you that we have your package in the system.
However, this does NOT allow you to watch its
status along the way. This ID label number WILL update
the system that your package HAS BEEN DELIVERED to you.
It will NOT let you know if your package is being held at customs
for inspection/duties. Once your package has been dropped, it is
out of our control to help in locating it or giving you any
kind of update that you, yourself cannot see in the system. We wish this
were not so, but it is the way the delivery system between
countries operates. We cannot be responsible for items held up
at customs nor for duties/taxes charged by your country for your item.
We cannot be responsible for items lost/damaged while in transit after shipping nor
for manufacturer's defects! We reserve the right to request additional
funds other than what is quoted within the auction
only when necessary to get your item(s) to your location.
However, rest assured, we've yet to run across this!
We reserve the right to deny shipment to
locations that we've deemed difficult to deliver to!

We do not offer a return policy unless there is a misrepresentation of an item. We stand behind our listings and descriptions and will always meet honorable standards in trading practices. If a return is accepted, it must be unopened in its original packaging.

Payment is expected upon purchase of item.
