Engine bay harness. This is the harness that plug into the ECM And PCM and runs down to the Allison transmission it also plug into the air meter, fuse box starter glow plug module and in to the main engine harness etc .

It did have a damaged ground wire there ran along the bottom of the engine, but has been repaired. Can see in pic
